Metro Power Company Limited
Metro Power Company Limited was incorporated on November 22, 2006, Metro Power Company Limited is a licensed Power Generation Company operating under the Companies Ordinance of 1984 (repealed by the Companies Act 2017). With the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, the company is engaged in power generation and supply of electricity to the National Grid with electricity generated via wind power. As part of its operations, the company currently supplies 50 MW of electricity to CPPA in compliance with the 2006 Renewable Policy.
GAE Power Solutions Ltd
GAE Power Solutions Ltd. was incorporated in Karachi on 15th December 2021 under the Companies Act 2017 to carry on Electrical Power Generating business and services associated with all types of power generating plants including all renewable energy power plants, thermal power plants, hydropower plants, to perform all other acts which are necessary or incidental to the business of electricity generation, transmission, distribution, and supply.

Gul Ahmed Bio Films Ltd. establish in 2003 licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan to carry on business as manufacturers, converters, and printers of all types of packaging films and all other plastic films.

Metro Capital (Private) Limited was incorporated on October 23, 2000, as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (repealed by the Companies Act 2017). The principal activity of the company is commissions and fund placements. MCPL is a capital holding company that can underwrite, acquire, invest in securities or enter into any partnership, joint venture agreement, and involved in the distribution of mutual funds units based in Karachi, Pakistan and now our focus on power generation is to meet the power short need.

Swift Storage & Services (Pvt.) Ltd. was incorporated on 23rd October 2002 as a Private Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (repealed by the Companies Act 2017). The principal activity of SS&SPL is to place its Storage/Godowns on rent, SS&SPL is ready to further acquire land, and Real Estates to expand its business activities.
